Kids' Classics: “Matilda”

A film adaptation of the Roald Dahl novel, Matilda is the story of a young, gifted girl, living in a troubled environment where she faces judgment, abuse and a lack of sympathy in both her homelife and at school. Discovering she possesses a flair for telekinesis, Matilda utilizes her powers for good, defending her friends from their terrifying, strict bully of a principal and fighting back against her unkind parents.
