Emphasis is definitely on the word “fever” for central Texas outfit Big Cedar Fever. Formed in January of this year, the Western swing and jazz trio has already recorded its eponymous debut EP, held residencies in San Antonio and Boerne, and performed at festivals and venues across the Southwest.
