Great Falls Library Festival of the Book

This year’s events include a reading by Bob Quinn, author (with Liz Carlisle) of Grain by Grain: A Quest to Revive Ancient Wheat, Rural Jobs, and Healthy Food, 7 p.m. April 16; the 14th Annual Wordmeister Competition, 7 p.m. April 18, preceded at 5 p.m. with Wordmeister Junior for 4-8 graders. Teams may register at the library or online at www.greatfallslibrary.org. Bonus-round passes will be given to the teams with the best costumes, and those that bring in the most donations of non-perishable foods. Author Nancy Thornton presents “Writing Old News” at 7 p.m. April 25.
