Co-Production with the School of Music:
Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s Tony Award-winning musical will have audiences on the edge of their seats as they follow the fairy tales remembered from childhood. Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, Rapunzel, Cinderella and more are woven into a tapestry full of delight, wonder, and poignant lessons for young and old alike. There really are giants in the sky and getting a wish doesn’t always mean getting what one wants.
‘Into the Woods’ is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). This production is presented as part of the curriculum of the School of Theatre and Dance. The University of Montana is committed to creating inclusive, accessible events.
