Lori McNee, A Brush with Nature

from April 23-May 20, Lori McNee shares burnished paintings of animals on the wild landscape. She offers a demonstration at 2 p.m. April 23, during the reception.
Although she studied art in college, she considers herself self-taught and has apprenticed with several master artists. She has illustrated for Ducks Unlimited, The Nature Conservancy, the Wolf Education Research Center, and had paintings been featured in many magazines. Her paintings are inspired by her real-life encounters with nature.
