Jason Baldes is the Senior Tribal Buffalo Program Manager for the National Wildlife Federation’s Tribal Partnerships Program. An enrolled member of the Eastern Shoshone Tribe, he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Land Resources & Environmental Sciences from Montana State University, focusing his research on the restoration of buffalo to Tribal lands.
