TEN Tenors bring their Home for the Holidays tour to the Alberta Bair Theater in Billings on Tuesday, Dec. 20, at 7:30 p.m. The TEN Tenors consistently sell out shows and capture hearts with their unmistakable charm and vocal power in a musical blend of rock, pop and opera.
Hailed as “the vocal wonder from Down Under,” the group delivers unique selections of traditional and contemporary seasonal favorites. With soaring and heartwarming versions of “Joy to the World,” “Sleigh Ride,” “White Christmas,” “Amazing Grace,” “Winter Wonderland,” “Feliz Navidad,” and many more, this Christmas show blends material and performers in a tribute to the spirit of the season.
“Early last year we had the chance to do Christmas in a unique way,” says The TEN Tenors’ producer DJ Wendt. “We titled our CD Our Christmas Wish and partnered with Children’s Hospital Foundation in Brisbane and have raised over three-quarters of a million Aussie dollars.”
They’re bringing that success to the U.S. and partnering with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which benefits from the sales of their album.
The TEN Tenors have appeared on Oprah’s Australian Adventure and ABC-TV’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, NBC’s The Today Show, FOX’s Hollywood Today Live and many more. They’ve also performed alongside a range of diverse artists including Lionel Ritchie, Rod Stewart, Andrea Boccelli, Alanis Morissette, Willie Nelson and Christina Aguilera, among others.
Tickets are $45, $35, $25 and $25 for students with valid I.D., and are available at the Alberta Bair Theater Box Office on the corner of 3rd Ave N. and N. Broadway in Billings, by phone at 406-256-6052 (box office hours are Monday through Saturday, noon-5 p.m.) and/or online at www.albertabairtheater.org.
