The School of Music in the College of Arts and Architecture produces the Renaissance-style feast and decorates the ballrooms to resemble a baronial hall. Outfitted in traditional attire, musicians perform carols that have been sung for centuries during the 12 days of Christmas.
University Cateringwill serve a traditional pork loin dinner with a variety of side dishes and a vegetarian option.
