This classic yuletide Dickens’ tale has been adapted by Billings’ own Mary Ann Connors to accommodate a smaller cast and shorter length. Even if one is familiar with the “Bah Humbug!” of Ebenezer Scrooge, the Spirits of Christmas’ Past, Present and Future, the unconditional love of the Cratchit family, or the cheerful blessing of Tiny Tim, this production is a poignant reminder that each of us has the power to see what’s best in ourselves and others.
The cast of seasoned actors and budding young thespians is directed by Gary Treglown, and comes alive “in the round” in NOVA’s Black Box Theater. Live fiddle music will be performed throughout the production by Steve Zediker.
