A Haunting on Higgins with Reverend Slanky and Desperate Electric

A day before Halloween proper, The Wilma will be transformed into a cobwebbed house of horrors, centered around the freaky funk of longtime Missoula favorites Reverend Slanky and Bozeman’s electro-soul duo Desperate Electric.
Reverend Slanky has been busting out infectious dance grooves since the mid 2000s. The band boasts a horn section, multiple percussionists and party-rocking tunes.
Desperate Electric, a newer name to the Montana soul scene, is fresh off their catchy single “Vacation.” Expect a blend of live instrumentation, killer beats and powerful vocals.
Costumes are completely, totally and definitely encouraged.
