this annual event commemorates Lewis and Clark’s visit to the Lemhi Valley in 1805 and Sacajawea’s people, the Agai’dika Shoshone. Festivities begin with a beading class and fun-run/walk to Lemhi Pass. Saturday brings primitive skills demonstrations from the 1800s, a Back Country Horsemen exhibit, a Dutch-oven lunch, salmon dinner, storytelling, interpretive talks and native singing and dancing.
