American Made: A Celebration of the Folk Arts

Jul 15 - Aug 5

The Livingston Center for Art and Culture is proud to host American Made: A Celebration of the Folk Arts - an exhibit celebrating works that honor cultural traditions, community and lived experience.
From functional objects to expressive creations, the handmade pieces in this show reflect the stories, skills, and values passed from one generation to the next. Drawing from the diverse cultural traditions that have shaped the American experience, this exhibition highlights folk art as a living practice: where heritage is preserved, shared, and reimagined. Rooted in many histories yet united through craftsmanship and creativity, these works remind us that America’s artistic identity is woven from many hands and many stories.
