Art in Washoe Park: 40-year Blowout

Annual juried art show, sponsored by Copper Village Museum and Arts Center, brings 85 juried art and crafts booths to the scenic park. Ethnic foods and professional entertainment are offered all three days. The 40th-Year Blowout kicks off Friday with music by the Ken Rich Band at 3 p.m. and Tim Montana from 6-10 p.m. Tom Catmull and the Last Resort perform at noon Saturday followed by Wayne Bother and The Night Life at 3:30 p.m. and Steve Kelly and Cherry Cherry Band from 7-10 p.m. Shodown entertains from 1-4 p.m. Sunday.
