The city of Missoula Public Art Committee and Missoula Public Library are hosting a gallery talk by Mike Lustig at 2 p.m. followed by a reception and dedication at 3 p.m. for his art installation located on the entry stairwell in the award winning Missoula Public Library. The public is invited to attend this free historic event in celebration of public art in the Missoula community.
