The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Montana State University will host a virtual Friday Forum focused on traffic in Bozeman. “Bozeman Traffic: What Does the Future Hold?”
Nick Ross, Bozeman’s transportation and engineering director, will discuss current transportation projects and future challenges as Bozeman continues to grow. Ross will discuss the many factors considered in designing, constructing and managing a safe and efficient transportation system, including speed limits, engineering standards and public comment.
“Traffic management is a timely local issue as the city experiences continued growth of all housing types in its core and periphery,” he said.
OLLI at MSU Friday Forums occur the second Friday of the month from September through May. Participants must register directly through Zoom by 11:30 a.m. on the day of the event.
