The lovable and provocative women’s musical satire and sketch comedy troupe returns with an all-new show, offering a sneak peak of new material to Bozeman audiences, as it has for the last 19 years. A posse of hilarious, smart and lefty actresses push the edge of the envelope with spoofs about politics and women’s issues and shenanigans (rated R, of course). Written by Katie Goodman and husband Soren Kisiel, the show finds plenty of fodder in today’s political climate. The Broads have many accolades over the years, including the Best of The Vancouver Fringe Festival, a three-month run in Boston’s Stuart Street Playhouse, and are currently performing Off-Broadway in New York City.
