The community concert series ends with The Sons of the Pioneers a group known as the original “singing cowboy” band and instrumental in creating the earliest sounds of western music.
Founded by Roy Rogers in 1934, the band has remained together continuously since then, rotating a total of 46 members over the years and currently featuring Roy’s son Dusty. This legendary band continues to gain fans young and old with favorites like Cool Water, Cimarron, Tumbling Tumbleweeds and, of course, Happy Trails.
