FVCC’s award-winning Executive Chef Howard Karp is serving up his popular five course traditional holiday meal. Enjoy delicious classical French cuisine including lobster thermidor, beef wellington with foie gras, French cheeses, with Basque cheesecake. Specialty wine pairings will also be served.
