The 79th annual Conrad Whoop-Up Days is centered around a traditional western rodeo with multiple events: bareback riding, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, saddle bronc riding, ladies’ and junior barrel racing, team roping, ladies’ and junior breakaway roping, bull riding, and kids’ Mutton Bustin' (aka sheep riding).
