18th annual event begins at 5 p.m. on Friday and includes hot-saw demonstrations, a Ma and Pa relay, a chain-saw and skillet toss, and music by Wayne Brothers and the Night Life Band.
The parade travels through town at 9 a.m. Saturday and 17 logging competitions continue throughout the day, including ax-throwing, cross-cut, logger relay, a pole climb and log rolling. Kids’ activities and food vendors are also on tap.
The evening concert features David Lee Murphy.
