head downtown for an opportunity to help make some temporary public art! Participants are invited to draw chalk masterpieces in designated locations on the sidewalks around the downtown core in an initiative that aims to spread positivity during these uncomfortable and uncertain times we are in.

A $5 cup of pastel chalks is available (while supplies last ) for pick up Aug. 7-8 at the downtown Billings office.
Adults & children over 5 are invited to participate (every child needs to be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older at all times).
