Find farmers of a certain age on Montana’s Hi-Line and you’ll hear stories of the Harvest Festival, a celebration that used to be commonplace in North Central Montana each fall for years and years.
On Saturday, Sept. 24, the Hi-Line Harvest Festival will return to downtown Chester. The family-friendly event will include a full day of live music with an open mic preceding performances by the Slow Rollers, The Lucky Valentines, Colby Acuff and headlined by Jared Hanson and the SunsAh406.
The festival will also include street dancing, a cornhole tourney, bed races, a ranching obstacle course, a tricycle race for children and more. There will be food and craft vendors plus booths for businesses and local organizations.
