International Cup 2020 at the Clay Studio of Missoula showcases ceramic work that explores the infinite possibilities of the idea of a cup. Included works range from well-crafted utilitarian mugs to cups used as an exploration of metaphor and abstract content. Works by 33 artists have been selected from entries from all around the world. Participating artists are from the United States, Canada, Scotland, and The Netherlands.
This year’s exhibit was juried by Sunshine Cobb, a nationally recognized potter living in Helena.
The exhibition will be on display at the Clay Studio of Missoula from Feb. 7-March 6, with an opening on Friday, Feb. 7, from 5:30-9 p.m. and a closing reception on Friday, March 6, from 5:30-9 p.m.
