Lewis and Clark Festival

experience the incredible journey of Lewis and Clark during the annual festival, which kicks off Friday with a bluegrass concert featuring The Farm Hands from Nashville and Laney Lou and the Bird Dogs from Bozeman, plus food vendors and a beer garden. Saturday brings a full day of free events to the park, including re-enactors in historical dress, Native American dancers and drummers, demonstrations, children’s activities, exhibits, and a tipi encampment. The festival wraps up Sunday with a bus tour from Great Falls to the Gates of the Mountains, followed by a boat cruise through the scenic canyon and dinner ($75 or $135 per couple).
