just as the larch and aspen begin to show their colors, Libby celebrates its Scandinavian history. The 33rd annual event offers authentic Scandinavian food, dancing, Bunad Parade, a juried craft show, quilt show, evening melodrama and outdoor entertainment Saturday evening.
