Intertwined with Living Waters is a solo exhibition of Arizona artist Linda Glover Gooch’s recent work on view June 5-Aug. 1. Her oil paintings, field studies, and sketches depict water in its various forms weaving through the landscape with underlying themes of rivers, fog, snow and clouds. Inspired by the Montana landscape, Gooch captures picturesque scenes of Glacier, Flathead Lake and other outdoor landscapes. She was selected as the Hocakday’s “Timeless Legacy Patrons Choice Award” recipient in both 2017 and 2019.
Travel Through Nature: Northwest Montana Nature Photographers is on display through Sept. 12 in the Community Gallery and features the work of local members of the NMNP club inspired by Montana’s wildlife and landscapes.
