Love Your Library: Reception to Welcome a New Director

During this open house style event the community is encouraged to filter through as they wish.
Love Your Library is a city wide campaign where community members can write love letters to the Library. There were over 50 boxes throughout town with prompt cards for the community to fill out. The goal is to wrap the Library in love letters and show the community what they have written.
At this celebration, all of the cards will be out on display around the Library. What a perfect way to end Valentine's weekend! Also serving desserts from a variety of local businesses for the community to enjoy. Those business include but are not limited to: Jake's Bakes, Electric City Coffee, Little Light Coffee & Donuts, and Penny's Gourmet To-Go.
Also debuting is a special program, "Debbie's Holiday Storytime Series", in memory of Debbie Kuntz, beloved wife, mother, nana, and friend. Debbie made every holiday special for her children and grandchildren through homemade cookies and cherished story times. Thanks to the generosity of the Kuntz family, Debbie's love of reading and holiday traditions are available to the community. There will be two readings, at 5:30 and 6 p.m., with festive cookies and a special book for each child to take home and treasure.
