Lysistrata

In the midst of an ongoing war between Athens and Sparta, Lysistrata calls together an assembly of women to help end the war.
It's 411 B.C., and the women of Greece are tired of the never-ending, all-consuming Peloponnesian war. Tired of the men being away and the strain of conflict, Lysistrata devises a bold and clever plan: all women must withhold intimacy from their husbands and lovers until peace is achieved. While the women strike, chaos ensues as the men, desperate for intimacy, struggle to maintain their authority and think clearly.
