Apr 23

Free

MSU Continuing, Professional and Lifelong Learning is partnering with local mental health professionals to offer a virtual panel discussion addressing pandemic-related stress and uncertainty. This panel of mental health professionals will address some of the common difficulties that are affecting many of us during the pandemic and will present tips and techniques for managing stress and mental health challenges. The panel will also provide advice for managing anxiety as we emerge from the pandemic and adjust to the “new normal.”
The panel will discuss the challenges of working and living during the pandemic, such as burn out from Zoom meetings, exhaustion from interacting with customers from behind masks, and being out of work or retired.
This panel discussion is free and open to the public.
Advance registration is highly recommended but not required: sign up at ato.montana.edu/calm.
