Miles City Bluegrass Festival

The 21st annual “Music on Wings” bluegrass festival boasts a slate of top-notch bluegrass bands including The Special Consensus, a Grammy-nominated outfit that’s been delivering superb bluegrass for more than four decades; High Plains Tradition, a Colorado band that’s been playing traditional bluegrass since 1987; Monroe Crossing, known for airtight harmonies, razor-sharp arrangements, and on-stage rapport; and The Woodpicks, a Minnesota quintet whose acoustic mix includes gospel, bluegrass, country and Americana music. Song Dog Serenade and Milestown also perform.
