Missoula County All Schools Poetry Slam & Open Mic

Calling all Missoula County High School students who like cool words, and any adults who want to come support and cheer for them! This totally free All Schools Poetry Slam & Open Mic will feature students performing their own original work, hosted by Sentinel High School Kopee Staff.

If you’re a student who would like to participate, please enter by emailing your name, grade, and school to [email protected] by 5 PM on Monday, February 1. To participate in the open mic portion of the event, just bring the piece of writing you want to share and sign-in at the door. We may need to have a time limit depending on the number of readers. First, Second, and Third Place Slammers will receive a prize! *Participants and audience members should expect some mature topics and language.
