Monarch Rocks! Festival

Free

Step back in time to learn about train transportation in the early 20th Century at the Great Northern Depot in Monarch. The restored depot displays old Monarch and Neihart pictures, family histories, and relics from the railroad and agriculture industries. Other highlights include the station master’s living space staged for life in the early 20th century, the Drover Car caboose open for tours, Monarch Market, and concessions.
Donations are welcome at the free street festival, with proceeds used for Monarch Neihart Historical Group projects which include the continuing Monarch Depot restoration and Neihart Fire Alarm Bell Tower construction.
