Professional and amateur contestants from the Northwest and Canada compete for the Montana State Championship in the categories of chicken, pork ribs, pork and brisket. Bozeman BBQ and Blues Night on Friday features specialty foods, and the blues of Andre Floyd. Beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday, professional grillmasters will be on hand to showcase grills, reveal new products, give live demos, host educational classes, and teach new and innovative ways to produce great barbecue. A large percentage of proceeds goes to the Gallatin Valley YMCA.
