For this third concert of the 2025-26 season, the String Orchestra of the Rockies welcomes as oboe soloist esteemed Missoula musician, Dr. Jennifer Cavanaugh, playing the poetic D minor Albinoni Concerto. Also in this concert, the orchestra celebrates talented young string players with a popular, annual NextGen side-by-side performance mentoring some of Montana’s finest up-and-coming string talents. Works by Hubert Parry, Gerald Finzi, and Manuel de Falla round out this remarkable program.
