Open AIR residents Eleanor Qull (Missoula Butterfly House & Insectarium) and Deborah Dohne (Rocky Mountain Gardens) will give talks about their work. Snacks provided.
Eleanor Qull (aka Eleanor Tullock, Delano Roosevelt) is a California-based sound artist and sculptor with roots in architecture. Her work explores free-form creativity across mediums, from performance installations to experimental audio and writing, engaging with themes of landscape, community, and the built environment.
Deborah Dohne is a visual artist and environmental advocate whose sustainable practice reflects on place, history, and ecology. She works with fibers, beach plastic, and biodegradable materials and participates in public science projects. Deborah holds an MFA from Ohio State and has received multiple arts and sustainability awards.
