Opening Reception: Second Annual Día de los Muertos Art Exhibit

Entre Dos Mundos (Between Two Worlds) explores the delicate intersection of life and death. It highlights the profound connection between the spiritual and physical realms, celebrating the lives of those who have passed away. As Día de los Muertos approaches, this is a crucial time when the spirits of our loved ones travel from the spirit world to the living world to reunite with friends and family. In collaboration with local artist Krissy Ramirez, and featuring primarily local Latine artists, this exhibition aims to showcase a dynamic blend of how artists interpret this theme while honoring their own unique traditions.
Reception will feature live music by Canta Brasil, some of Missoula’s top musical talent including: Ed Stalling, Magda Chaney, Graeme Pletscher, Loren Stillman, David Horgan, Beth Lo, Pedro Marques, and Winnie Dias
