The Max is a three-piece band from Livingston that has entertained and delighted audiences all over the U.S. for over 40 years. Since its inception in 1984, The Max has played over 4000 shows, toured the U.S. extensively and has become a mainstay on the Montana scene since 1993, setting the bar for longevity and quality among the region’s many bands. This “power pop party rock” trio from the Rockies puts out a massive sound for just three guys and has an incredible knack for pulling off spot-on covers of tunes young and old.
“We invite the community to come down after the parade and keep the celebration going with us at the Blake Pavilion,” said Erika Adams, Executive Director of the Shane Lalani Center for the Arts. “The Summer Outdoor Concert Series have become a beloved part of many families' summer plans, but this is the first time we've hosted a concert the same day as the parade. Make a day of it and join us at the Shane Center, we’ll have O Bar U Barbecue, Crepé Diem and Two Scoops serving delicious food with drinks and snacks at the Concessions Caboose while you enjoy an unforgettable performance by the Max!”
