Photography Exhibit: Frosty Shadows by Jim Ward

Photographer, author, film producer, special effects designer, and animal trainer, Jim Ward has led a charmed life. In addition to his photography, Ward works in the film industry and is paid to ride with hundreds of horses, scuba dive, create blizzards, and train wolves and lynx. His background is definitely a diverse and interesting one.
Ward’s photography is by his own choosing set in extreme winter environments. Winter has a special beauty for him. He has titled this photography collection, Frosty Shadows. Rather than simply creating a pretty picture, Ward says that his work needs to tell a story. Many of his photos are set on the Blackfeet Reservation.
