Poems, Stories, and Spirited Conversation: An Evening with Montana’s New Poet Laureate Chris La Tray

An evening in celebration of Frenchtown’s Chris La Tray, our new Montana Poet Laureate. The Montana Arts Council, announcing the governor’s appointment via press release, says, “La Tray has established himself as a prominent voice among Montana’s poets.” La Tray will be joined in this evening’s event by Lewistown resident and fellow poet Corrie Williamson. The two will share poems, conversation, and possibly even a couple Buffalo Stories. After the presentation there will be time for a book signing and to visit with La Tray and Williamson.
