The Bozeman Symphony, in partnership with Queer Bozeman, presents a free community presentation, “Pride in Classical Music: A Conversation with Music Director Norman Huynh.
This engaging conversation will explore the life, legacy, and musical contributions of American composer Aaron Copland, one of the most influential voices in 20th-century classical music and a quietly trailblazing LGBTQ+ figure. The event sets the stage for the Bozeman Symphony’s upcoming performances of Copland’s monumental Third Symphony: Pablo Returns and Copland’s Third Symphony.
