VonCommon’s annual event features a group art show with over 20 artists, a masquerade ball, live music, and a bar (open to all ages). For this year's theme, artists were invited to submit work in the context and spirit of Erving Goffman's theory of masks.
Participating artists include: Courtney Blazon, Justin Matousek, Abbey Moore, Jessie Smith, Elaine Fraticelli, Lauren Norby, Candice Haster, April Werle, Brett Allen, Amy Singer, Nicholas Kakavas, Carla Bissinger, Angelita Martinez, Paul Anthony Rolfes, Linda Cohen, Kyle Hanson, Lily Anderson, Sarah Singer, Mitchell Poor, Elizabeth Wipperman, Mirela Burst, Adelaide Gale Every, ladypajama, Stephanie Colley, Marlo Crocifisso, and Lilli Nelson.
Dance to live music by The Organism, Rooster Sauce, and DJ Coachaine; a performance by Kashya Boretsky is also on tap.
PromCommon marks the final event ever at E3 Gallery, after five years of supporting emerging artists.
