Shootout at The Diamond P Ranch

the Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association's club in Montana, the Yellowstone Regulators, host the third annual shooting competition. Participants vie for titles and prize money in many categories, shooting at targets using two Colt .45s at a dead run on horseback (no live ammunition). Dutch-oven cooking and beverages are available for purchase. A celebrity shoot is on tap Friday; competitions are Saturday and Sunday; and the Idaho band Kin performs at 7:30 p.m. in the arena.
