FVCC’s Culinary Institute of Montana presents the Class of 2023’s capstone pop-up restaurant, Smolder. Lunch is available for dine-in or take-out. Walk in, or call in an order ahead for pickup. Menu items include BBQ Plates, sandwiches, salads, desserts and drinks.
