LT Pick

the eighteenth performance in the Social Distance Sessions a live-stream production partnership between the ZACC and Missoula's Community Media Resource (MCAT).
Sand has traversed the blue highways and gravel backroads of the USA for over two decades, performing his unique blend of folk, punk, hip-hop, and cowboy music in basements, living rooms, barns, performance halls, and dive bars along the way. Dubbed by Punk Planet in 2003 as “our Troubadour for the 21st Century,” Sand continues his ride with a couple new albums scheduled for release in 2021. Performing now with Ian Smith and Grace Decker, Sand has found true musical siblings in arms; their shows crystallize into a lyrical scrapbook of life lived in the flow of creativity under the great shadow of American discontent. Shows will be streamed to the ZACC's Facebook and YouTube, and to MCAT's cable channel and Local Live website. Home audience members are asked to donate to the show's Givebutter 'virtual tip jar' if able.
