Spokesman for the Oracle tells the story of a young medical student named Ikem, his biological father Chidi, and his legal mother Oyibo. Chidi reveals that as a school principal years ago, he had an affair with a student named Nneka and impregnated her. Now, eighteen years later, Nneka attempts to win her biological son Ikem back through deceptions that lead to the unravelling of deep secrets on all sides.
