The High Country Cowboy Western Music Show

Sep 2

Montana's western harmony trio performs. Born and raised in rural Montana, the three brothers, John, Joe, and Marty, revive traditional western music, evoking Silver Screen cowboys like Roy Rogers, western harmony groups like Sons of the Pioneers, and country music icons like Marty Robbins. The High Country Cowboys, members of the Western Music Association, have released several albums, and their lead singer was twice named WMA’s Yodeler of the Year. In 2016, they were nominated for the WMA Crescendo Award, and their album, “Songs of the High Country Cowboys”, was among the top five nominees for the 2016 WMA Western Album of the Year. In 2016 they were also nominated by the AWA (Academy of Western Artists) for Western Group of the Year, Western Song of the Year, and Western Album of the Year.
