This all-new version of The Russell, held during a special edition of Western Art Week, begins noon-5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, with the Artist Open House at 3 p.m. Thursday at the museum.
Ticketed events kick off at 10 a.m. Friday with crowd favorite Art in Action™.Also on tap is Back-Tracking in Memory Book Signing with Tom Petrie at 2:30 p.m. and the Artist Stampede, a Plein Air Paint Out on the museum grounds.
The Russell Live Auction kicks off on the expanded museum grounds at 10 a.m. Saturday with brunch and libations. Enjoy this opportunity to gather together with artists and collectors in a fun and festive atmosphere before the Live Auction begins at noon. It’s preceded by the annual Educational Symposium featuring Dr. Larry Len Peterson at 8:30 a.m.
