The Spirit of Montana with Poet Laureate Melissa Kwasny

buffet opens at 5:30 followed by the presentation by one of the state’s two poets laureate, Melissa Kwasny, at 7:30 p.m. During dinner Dave and Deb Oliver and Chilaili Wachiwi, with her Native flute, will provide music.
Kwasny will share her own poetry and lead the audience in an evening of exploring the meaning of the Clark Fork River Valley. She’ll collect thoughts from the discussion, take them home and craft a poem to express them.
A free bus will depart from the clinic parking lot in Plains.
