The Two Tracks will be coming through Montana on tour this May, including a stop at the Covellite Theater May 16. The Two Tracks, based in Sheridan, Wyo., have appeared across Montana, including Red Ants Pants Festival, Live from the Divide, Pine Creek Lodge in Livingston and The Filling Station in Bozeman.
This May they’re bringing friend and award-winning Scottish songwriter Dean Owens with them. His latest album, Southern Wind, won Song of the Year for its title track from the Americana Music Association UK this past year, and has received rave reviews including praise from No Depression, which lauds is as “his best yet; it’s a beauty of an album.”
Owens and The Two Tracks have a musical connection in part due to their collective love of good whiskey and good music, but also their work with acclaimed Nashville producer Neilson Hubbard.
