Wings and Wheels Air Show

free event kicks off Friday night with a car cruise through Hamilton that ends at the airport. The fly-in begins Saturday morning with a pancake breakfast at 7 a.m. and an air show at 11 a.m. Performers include Brad Wursten’s Power Addiction Airshow, featuring his MXS-R aerobatic plane; Danny Sorensen and his BF9-2 Phantom biplane (the only one of its kind in the world) in the “Golden Age Airshow”; and the Legacy Flight Museum Airshow, which showcases some of the planes flown by U.S. military, including “Ole Yeller,” a P-51D Mustang. More than 100 classic cars and hot rods are also on display Saturday at the airport in a show ’n shine hosted by the BitterRodders Car Club.
